  • Why Vicky's?

We produce Vicky’s Artisan Flatbread in true, time honoured methods without yeast. This is not a cracker cut in a rectangle and labeled a flatbread.

Texture and taste is our daily focus. We only use natural ingredients allowing us to be Non-GMO Verified. While other bakers will add dough relaxers, and other chemicals to help reduce labour or time in mixing and baking we have to find natural ways to achieve our texture and quality standards. The art in baking Vicky’s is challenged every day. Temperature and humidity affect the process and challenge us each day. It truly is an art form.

When you pick up a package of Vicky’s Artisan Flatbread you are buying a work of art. For people who appreciate the fine things life has to offer.

  • My store doesn't carry your products?

Let us know where you shop and we will contact them. We are also looking for Brand ambassadors in select markets. If you have a little free time send Vicky an email to be a Brand Ambassador. It’s fun and rewarding.

  • How long is your shelf life?

About 5 months from bake. Store in a cool place in an airtight container once the package has been opened. Heat in a toaster oven or oven for a “just baked” sensation!

  • Is Vicky's flatbread GMO free?

Yes, the entire Vicky’s product range is NON-GMO Verified. This is important to us.

  • What about sodium, sugar, yeast and the major allergens?

Vicky’s Artisan Flatbread does not contain sugar, or yeast and is low in sodium.

Vicky’s Products do not contain the following: Peanuts, Tree nuts, Egg, Soy, Fish, Shellfish or milk.

Vicky’s baking facility does not use or store: Peanuts, Tree nuts, Egg, Soy, Fish or Shellfish.

Wheat and Sesame seeds are in all our products.\

  • Are Vicky's Artisan Bakery products Kosher?
Yes. All our products are OU Kosher certified.
